Technically, Andre Seldon Jr., is not even out of middle school yet, and has already received his first scholarship offer, from Kentucky. The 5-8, 140-pounder will head to Belleville High School in the fall to play for head coach Jermain Crowell, who has the Tigers football program looking like Detroit Cass Tech "South" with all of the offered recruits there.

The Detroit Spartans of the Police Athletic League (P.A.L.) is who Sel played his little league ball with. He was also one of the top middle school performers at the Sound Mind Sound Body Camp over the weekend at Wayne State, taking home MVP honors at defensive back and fastest man honors.

Sel became the third middle-schooler in the state of Michigan to be offered by Kentucky this year, joining Oak Park's Enzo Jennings and Justin Rogers.
