Detroit Cass Tech athlete Cortez Smith has done all that has been asked of him from combine performance to on-field production. The 5-10, 193-pound prospect posted the top SPARQ Rating at the Cleveland NIKE Combine in April and was a standout for the talented Technicians this fall, but the college attention has not followed.
